Government reports, guidance, codes, official publications and other material may be Crown copyright where the applicable conditions are met.
Re-using Crown copyright information
Where Crown copyright information is released under the Open Government Licence, it may be re-used in accordance with that licence and any attribution or exception stated with the material.
Material outside the licence
Logos, official identity material, personal data, third-party rights and other expressly excluded material are not automatically covered by an Open Government Licence statement.
